Using Your Flex Pass

You may have purchased a Flex Pass for Scream n' Stream as a way to lock in the discounted presale price before prices go up on August 25, 2020.

If you don' have a Flex Pass yet, you can buy one before August 25, 2020 at this link.

IMPORTANT: you must redeem your Flex Pass online in advance of your visit. It cannot be redeemed at the venue. Scream n' Stream is subject to capacity, so we recommend reserving your Flex Pass before a given event night reaches full capacity.

Here are some helpful tips for redeeming your Flex Pass online:

To redeem your flex pass please visit our ticketing page: https://screamnstream.wellattended.com/events/scream-n-stream

Click on a date and time on the calendar. Then add one of these ticket options to your cart: Drive-Thru "Haunted House" or Drive-Thru Trick Or Treating priced at full price or $60.

At the bottom of the cart page, enter your email and password to login. The system will then recognize that you have a flex pass. 

Scroll back up to the top of the page. You will see a blue "apply" button beneath the ticket in your cart. Click the apply button and your flex pass credit will be applied. Your total will come to zero and you can checkout. You will need to re-insert your registration information.
